How to Replace an Eye on Your Stuffed Animal
You will need a seam ripper, needle and thread to match. Rip a small place on a seam nearest the eye. Push the eye through the old hole and secure from the inside of the stuffed animal with the washer. Reposition any stuffing that may have gotten rearranged and stitch your seam back up.
