This great little mini top hat is made of stiff black felt-like fabric. It measures about 3 1/2" tall, the brim is about 5 1/2" wide and the head opening is about 3 1/4" wide. Perfect for a doll top hat, used as a snowman hat, as a cake decoration and so much more. Only 1 left!General Information:
